The answer was that,Marianne represents the French Patrie and Chirac is for the President of the nation at the child's birth. According to the parents this is a way of showing gratitudes to their host country France and it's President. We were remembered that imigrants who came to work with our fathers often named their children after them as a sign of respect and appreciation. Since her birth the birth via her parents has exchanged several letters with President Jacques Chirac.
