VACUUM BRINGS ABOUT CONFUSION: The Chairman of the GHANA@50 COMMITTEE in France,Rev. Yaw Kusi Boadi has asked for the extention of the mandate of his committee. He said that even though the mandate was supposed to end on the 31/3/2007 it remains neccessary for the committee to handle affairs till at least July ending so that issues like the sale of our DVDs celebration of our Republic Day etc. can carry on. He has expressed his intentions to resign due to the incompatibility of his pastoral works and that of the miscelaneous activities to be handled on the committee.Hon Osei Mensah GHACIF President and Vice Chairman of the committee has assured him and the committee that he will fill any chairmanship vacuum that the conflict between his religious work and committee activities will bring about. The members of the committee at large have been called upon by the executive committee to come and fill gaps leftout on the executive and sub committees.
