RAIN FLOOD IS A WARNING : ABU SAFIYANU.

The P.R.O. of GHACIF EASTFRANCE Mr. Abu Safiyanu a resident of Strassbourg has expressed a pertinent opinion on the recent rain floods which caused disaster in Africa and particularly in the North of Ghana.
He said universal climate is changing and such chaotic situations should be envisaged if our government and leaders do not take any shielding measures.
Mr. Safiyanu advised GHACIF leaders to make sure that the funds raised for the victims do not pass through other distributive hands. This will avoid unexpected fees and possible corruption.
