The Regional President of the GHANAIAN COMMUNITY WESTERN FRANCE (GHACIF WESTFRANCE), Mr. Yaw Acheampong has told GHACIF NEWS how much he and his Branch Association are proud of GHANA's victory at Rouen. President Acheampong underlined that Rouen which is located in the west of France is within his territory of organisation.
